An investment group with a life‑science focus.

Our global presence allows us to provide turn-key solutions for clinical development programs, primarily in the US and Europe and in other selective regions, as part of our co-development investment model.

02 · The Model

Co-development, since 2009.

Under our co-funding model we share the risk and the cost of clinical studies in exchange for downstream remuneration — which lets us be more involved than a line on a cap table.

  1. i.

    Co-fund

We share the cost and risk of Phase I–IV clinical studies with our portfolio companies, structured around equity, royalties, or milestones.

  2. ii.

    Co-develop

We act as lead or co-lead investor, structuring the round and shaping development and regulatory strategy alongside management.

  3. iii.

    Stay close

Through a hand-selected network of boutique clinical CROs, we work as investors, strategists, and partners — or first-hand observers.
