The co-development model

Investment that works the way
development actually works.

01

Partner at any clinical stage

Technomark partners with life-science companies across Phase I–IV — flexible on the scope and stage of the development programme, and on the structure of the return.

02

Share the risk and the cost

Since 2009, the co-funding model has shared the cost of clinical studies directly — investing alongside institutional co-investors, or one-to-one with the company under a co-development agreement.

03

Earn returns on outcomes

Remuneration is aligned with the programme: equity, downstream royalties and milestone payments — taken only on projects where Technomark’s development and regulatory expertise can make a difference.

“We utilize our global reach to implement innovative strategies for product development and corporate growth.”
